Was an Oklahoma All-State selection and played in the 2009 Oil Bowl while playing wide receiver and linebacker at Okeene High School... Had 650 yards receiving, 10 touchdowns and four interceptions returned for touchdowns for the Whippets... Also played basketball, baseball and ran track...
