ALVA, Okla. The Northwestern Oklahoma State University department of athletics has released a new and improved version of the brochure for football's 16th Annual Golf Weekend set to take place on Friday, June 1 and Saturday, June 2. All events will take place at the Alva Golf and Country Club, weather permitting.
Friday evening features a live auction and a hog roast while Saturday's slate includes the golf tournament and a silent auction. The cost for the Saturday golf tournament is $150 per person or $550 per foursome. Be sure to register quickly as the field is limited to 36 foursomes. Individuals will be able to preview auction items on the Northwestern website. Also, there will be a platform for online bidding. Sample items include Thunder, Sooner, Cowboy and Ranger merchandise.
Proceeds go toward the Ranger football program.
