The Ranger soccer team was defeated 4-0 while taking on Oklahoma Baptist in Shawnee on Friday, Oct. 23.
Oklahoma Baptist scored three goals in the first half to jump out to a 3-0 halftime lead.
Northwestern got off four shots, compared to 33 from its opposition. Christina Nunez shot twice, landing one on goal, while Micah Mairs landed a shot on goal in her only attempt. Kayla Meloni was the only other Ranger to get a shot off for Northwetsern.
In the net for the Rangers, Dana Gandolfo picked up nine saves off of nine shots taken by the Bison.
Northwestern will play its final home game on Tuesday, Oct. 27 at the Alva Rec. Complex when the Rangers take on the University of Science and Arts in a 5 p.m. match.
