Northwestern dropped its third Sooner Athletic Conference match of the season, 7-1, on the road to Mid-America Christian on Tuesday.
At the half, Mid-America held a 3-0 lead. Northwestern scored its only goal at the 67:02 mark when Nicole Leffingwell was credited with an unassisted goal.
The Rangers were accurate on their shots, landing nine of eleven total shots on goal.
Dana Gandolfo played the entire game in the goal for the Rangers, picking up 12 saves on 19 MACU shots on goal.
Northwestern returns home over fall break, playing Oklahoma City University on Thursday and at 4 p.m. and will host Southern Nazarene on Saturday.
